A beautiful hotel at a very reasonable price Breakfast is included and is very good for the price Eggs and breads are absolutely delicious 24 hours front desk service and Beautiful heated pool with an amazing view of a mosque infront. Had to pay $10 for sauna, hamam and steam room but was absolutely worth the money. The hamam is very beautiful and the day I went no one else was there so was very peaceful and private and was open for 4 hours and just for $10 it’s absolutely worth to experience Atleast once. The location is close to grand bazaar and a lot of shops all around the area. Although some staff need to smile a little bit some staffs are amazing. My favorite and most lovely gursur (housekeeping) greets us morning every day and always has the most warm and beautiful smile. Although she cannot speak English she will definitely make you happy by her smile 💕 Definitely a staff every guest should meet. Mehmet (front desk) was the first person to welcome and always greets us with a smile. Hakan (breakfast), gazia, yunus (front desk) hayaretin(came to fix our heater) are also some staff who has been super helpful in our visit.

What we loved most is the staff: starting with the chefs and waiters during the breakfast, following with nice cleaning ladies, ending with exceptional receptionists, always cheerful and helpful whenever we needed anything we’d ask them, providing the best service even when it’s out of their competence, like when tour agencies (azur tour&insider together) tried to scam us, they helped to get the payment back, really appreciated. Already missing those guys! We loved the location, walking distance to two subway stations, a tram station is super close, many restaurants around (we recommend 7th floor on Zurich hotel for a nice view and hookah at night), the Grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Kubbe rooftop are all several mins of walking away. The facilities are good too, clean room, cozy bed, working tv with many channels, cute french balcony, kettle with teabags, hair dryer etc and the breakfast is tasty. The airport transfer and covid pcr test services were good too. Tesekkurler!

The hotel was cheap, with breakfast included. The staff was really nice (they even knew my name when only mentioning the room number!) and breakfast was good (mostly Turkish breakfast: cheeses, olives, bread, cornflakes, pancakes, eggs). The room we had on the fifth floor (512) was great, because it was in the corner and had a nice view (not amazing but nice :-)), and it was on the same floor as the pool which was handy. The pool is really nice: it has a view on a mosque and the sea, really beautiful. The sauna etc we did not use but it did also not look amazing - but it’s nice that they do offer it for €10 (or for free if you post something on social media). Location is also nice: you’re right next to the shopping street which is great, 3 min walk to the tram and 5 min walk to the metro, so that’s great! Walking to the Blue Mosque is a bit far, but also just under 30min so not too bad at all. Loved our stay!

Breakfast spread was lovely. Great variety. We stayed 3 nights and then 6 nights and we were able to store our baggage whilst travelling for a few days to Bursa. Location is excellent. Proximity to public transport was great. Tramway, Marmaray, Metro and buses all within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is lovely to relax in. Great value for money. On a quiet street so not noisy and rooms are soundproof. Cleaning staff very accommodating and helpful. Hotel is very near a masjid.

Liked the location it is just few minutes walk to aksaray tram and marmaray metro. Street shops and restaurants are at the hotel door steps. Liked the cooperation of the staff especially Gazi and yunus. Very friendly and happy to help. Special thanks to them. The breakfast is light with light variety but at the same time it was delicious. My family enjoyed staying in the hotel.
